Mrs. Rigdon began teaching at Wellington Christian School in August 1992 as a kindergarten teacher. After four years in that position she was selected to work with the students as the school librarian. During her time as librarian, the school has grown to include a high school and a new physical facility built to house the secondary program. Before coming to WCS, Mrs. Rigdon taught at public schools in Ohio, New Jersey, and Florida, and at other church-affiliated schools in the greater West Palm Beach area and Sierra Leone, West Africa.

Mrs. Rigdon enjoys having the opportunity to work with all of the students and faculty in grades kindergarten through twelve. The school is blessed to have three separate libraries on campus which continue to expand to meet the educational needs of the students.
