Kathi Pereira

BA - Palm Beach Atlantic University

Mrs. Kathy Pereira has been at WCS since 1994, and God has blessed her life so richly here. She is married to her wonderful husband Tim. They have two daughters: Jessica and Kristina, who also attend Wellington Christian School. She taught fourth grade for fourteen years and  now teachers middle school science, her true passion. Mrs. Pereira enthusiastically describes her experience at Wellington Christian School, “ I find it challenging, yet very rewarding. I especially love watching the students enthusiastically study God's creation through science."
           
She graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education. She is also certified to teach middle school through ninth grade. During her years at WCS, she has enjoyed being team leader, mentor, and CSF (Christian Schools of Florida) spelling bee coach, among other things. 
           
In her free time she enjoys dancing lessons. Many years ago, she danced for Ballet Florida. She hopes to continue to live out the verse Psalm 149:3: “Let them praise His name with dancing!”
