Mrs. Lourdes Novoa joined WCS in 2003. Her sons Victor and Luis been at WCS since the 2002-2003 school year. She was raised in Madrid, Spain, where she lived for the first fifteen years of her life. Later she and her family moved back to Miami, where she finished high school.
Mrs. Novoa received a Bachelors Degree in business administration from Loyola University in 1985. After she married, she decided to pursue a career in teaching. She attained her teaching certificate in Spanish Ed K-12 and in elementary education. Mrs. Novoa and her husband Jesus (Chu) lived in Miami, where she was a teacher for twelve years. In 2002 they decided to leave the big city and come to Wellington. While they enjoy going back and visiting Miami, they really like their new life here.
"I have to say that WCS has been a blessing for me and my family. Teaching in a Christ-centered environment is both fulfilling and relevant to our lives. I really enjoy teaching Spanish to the students here at WCS."
